How does the tiered ticket system work?
Many festivals use a tiered system to encourage early purchase of tickets. Early Bird are the first release and the cheapest tickets – there is a set amount of these tickets once gone, Tier 1 tickets go on sale. These are cheaper than full price, but a little more than Early Bird. Tier 2 are more expensive than tier 1 etc. We have 4 tiers of tickets.

What Does the Ticket Price Include?
We have two types of tickets…
Saturday only tickets: These are for Saturday day time only and don’t include camping or Sunday entry.  Day ticket holders must depart the site by 8pm.
Sunday only tickets: These are for Sunday day time only and don’t include camping or Saturday entry.  Day ticket holders must depart the site by 6pm.
Weekend tickets: These include Saturday and Sunday entry plus camping on Saturday night.
All entertainment, performances, workshops and activities plus music are included in each ticket price.

Access to the site
Please be aware you will not gain access to the site if you don’t show security your ticket printed or on a phone at the gate at the entrance to Horseheath from the Cambridge Haverhill road. This is the only access point to the event.

The Site
The beautiful woodland glade is in the middle of Horseheath Racecourse which is a huge expanse of green. Drive slowly and carefully and follow the signs and directions to the correct flags to reach the car park and the campsite, there are horse jumps on the site which we will try and steer you around. From the car park and campsite there is a short walk down hill of about 100 metres. Underfoot is long grass. The main paths in the woodland are grass, good underfoot and easily accessible. Some smaller paths in the woodland are more challenging but we will clear these to make them as easy underfoot as possible. Once you are inside the woodland it is a small site to navigate your way around with no more than 200 metres to walk between stages and areas.

PA/Carer Tickets
We offer free tickets for carers or assistants of somebody who is registered disabled. Proof of disability allows automatic Personal Assistant (PA) tickets and accessible facilities are primarily for those who are registered disabled, so you’re automatically eligible if you can provide a copy of your Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Access Card (for a personal assistant ticket) or Blue Badge (for accessible camping or parking). You need to call our ticket agents The Ticket Sellers on 0121 472 6688 to buy your ticket and vehicle pass, and to request a free PA ticket, or to arrange accessible camping or parking. The Wild Wood Team will then be in touch with you directly to discuss further details of your requirements.
You will need to provide proof at the festival box office (proof mentioned above), you can also obtain a complimentary ticket at the gate with proof if arriving with someone who is registered disabled and has a valid ticket.
We have a dedicated disabled parking area for blue badge holders which is just 20 metres from the entrance to the festival. This will open from 10am on 4th June.
